Laugh if you will, but Kenny G’s music could calm even the most angry beast out there. Beautiful lullabies comfort your ears and ease your nerves as all the stress just melts away. Every single song is a mini-meditation session. “Songbird”, “Silhouette”, “Going Home”, “By the Time This Night is Over”, “Don’t Make Me Wait for Love”, as well as his touching rendition of “What a Wonderful World. You cannot deny this man’s supreme talent on the soprano saxophone. He creates a soothing and peaceful atmosphere for his listeners and let’s face it, we could all use a break from the pressures of daily life. The Anaheim Grove is a really nice venue in a good area and a decent, well-behaved crowd. By today’s standards it would be considered “cozy” at 1700 maximum capacity. Every seat is a good one and the sound system is exceptional. Plenty of easily accessible parking, as long as there isn’t a game at the Anaheim Stadium at the same time. A truly enjoyable evening.
